In the event of a change of mind after the work has been shared with you, refund requests will not be granted. However, we will give you the option of exchanging the amount you paid for a similar service in Startupclubindia, and the said amount may be applied in part or in full to the said new service; and

If a refund request is made 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service or product is completed and the same is intimated and indicated via email or any other form of communication indicating that the work has been completed, the refund request is deemed invalid and will not be considered.

If Startupclubindia approves your refund request, it will be handled and communicated to you via email. This refund process may take up to 15 (fifteen) business days to complete and will be credited to your bank account in the appropriate amount. We will handle the refund process with care and will ensure that you receive your money as soon as possible.
